Whilst im sure this is a great little facility, their customer service could have been more friendly and we were glad to have found somewhere else in town for half the price and that friendly service we look for 😊 we found this facility a bit too pricey for our needs , we wouldnt recommend it as they seem more money oriented than service oriented.

Julie, Phil and Lee have been such amazing people who have been so Kind and friendly.
Always helped where necessary and have always sent notifications if you fell behind in payments. They would always work with you to help sort out a payment plan to keep you on top.
They also have such affordable prices. And the storage units are great and well-secured.
They have 24/7 surveillance systems and a coded gate. Easy access in and out of the facility. They have 3 storage facilities located along Marian Street.

M.I.S.S - Mount Isa Self Storage provided us a single garage size storage space for all manner of stuff that we had but didn’t use but had to keep because we might need it one day 🤔.
The complex was very secure with keypad access and security cameras. With youth crime out of control in our area M.I.S.S provided us the reassurance that our belongings were safe.
The admin ladies were a phone call away if required and kept us informed if it affected our complex.
100% recommend if you require storage space of any size included vehicle parking but get in fast as everyone has a treasured item that needs its own special place to be safe and secure.

I used Marian Street Self storage for around 2 years and utilised their secure vehicle parking and a storage unit. The storage facilities are clean, well kept and very secure. communication with staff was fantastic and always responded quickly to any inquiries I had, if you are looking at moving to Mount Isa or already are a resident and you need storage I highly recommend Marian Street Self Storage as they were a delight to deal with.

I found storing my belongings with Marian Street storage very satisfactory and was impressed by the good customer service I received from Julie and Phil....my belongings were there for an extended period and were in as good condition as when first stored...the security gate and needing a code to enter is a plus to the premises at Butler Street for security.

Julie was absolutely amazing and very supportive when I first moved here. Professional and kindness was 110 percent. Nothing was to hard for Julie. She answered all my questions I needed to know.
